Shri Satya Prakash Goel had a dream in his eyes after witnessing the lack of opportunities for higher education. The first meeting to discuss this vision was held at Rastogi Dharamshala, under the guidance of Shri Mitthan Lal Trivedi and Shri Satya Prakash Goel.This vision was not only for the welfare of humanity but also for the advancement of the entire educational community. It reflects his clear vision and farsighted thinking. The whole region will benefit from their hard work, dedication, and commitment to the cause of education.

It was organized under the Shiksha Prasar Samiti to promote the development of education. The Samiti began searching for suitable land to establish the institution and fulfill its educational mission. During this search, the organization reached a village where it had never imagined that its vision would eventually take shape. At that time, Shri Man Veer Singh Chauhan, a respected and influential personality of the village, came forward and extended his support for this noble cause. Despite facing several challenges from the administration and other obstacles, his dedication and efforts helped make land available at Ghansurpur for the establishment of the institution.

After careful consideration, a Managing Committee was formed to oversee the activities of the institution. Shri Satya Prakash Goel was appointed as the first Secretary. With great enthusiasm and vision, he dedicated himself to the noble mission of spreading the light of education among the uneducated and worked tirelessly for this cause throughout his life. Shri Shyouraj Singh also made an invaluable contribution while serving as the Principal of the institution. He performed his duties with complete dedication and worked in the position without accepting any salary, demonstrating his commitment to the cause of education.
